Please read the Terms of Use carefully. I’ve made it as brief and clear as possible. By downloading, accessing Coachy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Coachy.

I may change this document at any time. If I change it, I will announce it on our App Store listing. By continuing to use Coachy you agree to any revised Terms. Viktor Maric built the Coachy app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by Viktor Maric at no cost and is intended for use as is.

By using Coachy, you agree that it’s your responsibility to keep yourself safe. If you injure yourself, you agree to absolve Coachy and its designers of any and all responsibility for injury of any kind. Coachy is an exercise app. Even though the exercises are designed to be safe and relaxed, if done incorrectly may result in injury. Coachy does not provide medical, fitness or other advice. You participate in exercise activities entirely at your own risk.

Usage and data tracking: The in-app purchases of the app are using RevenueCat's SDK which collects purchase history from users that are not linked to the user's ID. Besides that, Coachy collects: the user's fitness level, gender, fitness goal and acessed pieces of equipment. None of them is connected to the user's ID. The collected data is only used to be able to decide what type of new exercises and workouts to add to the app. In addition, if the user sends feedback or feature request from the app, then Coachy also collects the feedback's message and email. In this scenario the user's email is collected to be able to respond to the user. All pieces of data are stored securely and cannot be accessed by third party.

Subscription: Coachy Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. Coachy will automatically charge your iTunes Account at the end of your subscription unless the auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of your current period. You can turn off auto-renew at any time and still receive full functionality until the end of your current period, but we can't refund unused portions of the subscription. The Premium Family Monthly and the Premium Family Yearly in-app purchases can be shared with Family Sharing.
